We are looking for people to join our Track and Trace department / Operations-Scheduling department and Accounting/billing department.

All positions offer the opportunity to learn and grow within the department but there is also an opportunity for tremendous growth, we love to promote from within the company. 

What would be some of your responsibilities:

• You will be a connection between colleagues, or shippers, receivers, and carriers
• Giving all necessary information to all our collaborations for getting the job done
• Providing support to other departments
• Communication with drivers, carriers, clients, dispatchers, etc.
• Data entry into the softer we are using
• Communication through phone and emails and sending updates
• Making sure all the paperwork is in order
• Making sure every information needed for the load is provided

Your profile:

• 1+ year of experience working in the US transportation and logistics industry is a plus but not necessary, we train new employers and we're giving them all the tools to succeed.
• You can work both independently and, in a team
• You have excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
• You are ready to learn, improve your skills and knowledge
• You are organized, detailed oriented, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning a new industry
• You're coming with a desire to improve and adapt to our organized system of work
