Our client, an international Air & Ocean freight forwarder with a long term history is currently looking for a candidate well experienced in the area of sea/air freight fowarding who’d become their new Operations manager in Belgrade.
Job Description:
- Leading and developing freight operations team
- Team support and organization - direct involvement in process of quotations/tenders/operations
- End to end responsibility for all freight transactions
- Managing relationships with customers - personal relationship with current exporters/importers, research for new opportunities, securing and growing new business locally
Requirements:
- Ability to lead a small but dynamic team
- Fluent English
- Wide experience in air/ocean freight forwarding business
- Top communication skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Teamwork, good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Problem-solving ability, particularly when working under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
