To expand our Winergy team in Subotica, we are looking for a:

Operative Procurement Specialist

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Responsibility for material availability in allocated commodities and assuring optimized stock levels.
• Placement of material orders for allocated commodities and identified demands via SAP.
• Control of order confirmations and follow up in case of nonconformities. Monitor material incoming dates and escalate to suppliers in case of necessity.
• Aligning demand quantities with the planning functions. 
• Push/Pull orders on a regular base in order to optimize stock level for respective commodities.
• Coordinate forecasts with suppliers.
• Cooperation with strategic procurement in developing annual contracts with suppliers.
• Planning and control of material stocks, analyzing inventory changes and developing an inventory strategy.
• Maintenance of relevant planning master data in applicable ERP software.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and plans.
• Coordinating implementation of new products, processes, tolls, and establishing procedures from procurement point of view.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• University degree in the field of economics
• Preferable 3 year of work experience at same or similar positions
• Advanced level of use of SAP system
• Advanced level of use of the Microsoft Office package
• Advanced level of English language knowledge
• Communication and organizational skills
