Organisation Development Expert

This is an expert position in the EU funded IPA project “Improving the Quality of Education by Introducing Examinations at the End of Secondary Education” (State Matura Project). The purpose of the project is to prepare the education system to implement the final examinations at the end of secondary education in the Republic of Serbia, as a contribution to improvement of the quality of education and higher participation in higher education.

The expert’s task will be to build on the functional analysis of the education institutes and support organisation and/or establishment of an effective examination centre for preparing, implementing, analysing and reporting on final examinations. He or she will draft work programmes, job descriptions, rules of procedure and code of professional ethics, support implementation of organisational framework strategies, draft and amend by-laws necessary to establish the examination centre, and develop sustainable action plans.
