Our overseas partner is setting up a business in Serbia and seeking for Osoba za rad u sektoru softverska podrška/Person for software support.

The person will be employed in the company Tax.rs and work for the partners company softwer, managed by foreign partners.

Summary of positions & key areas of responsibility

Providing technical support and assistance to B2B or B2C clients
Knowledge in the sphere of sports
Working with technicians to solve HW or SW problems
Providing daily and weekly incident reports to monitor performance
Review your incident history, identify and report periodic problems
Provide support for installing and configuring software, as well as solving any system-related problems that may occur on a daily basis
Respond to escalated calls, alerts 2nd line support via provided reporting tools
Applies troubleshooting checklists
Gain and bypass knowledge of problem-solving techniques and desktop diagnostic tools

Excellent communication skills, FLUENT verbal and written English
Knowledge of sports betting and sports-oriented mindset are considered a significant advantage in the evaluation process
Comfortable to work with a variety of Office PC applications
Ability to quissis the acquisition of new skills in the use of software
Problem solving and analytical skills
Relationship Building Skills

Ensuring the correct operation of the software and reporting any problems to the second-line support team
Entering the data required for the correct operation of the software
Answering every customer call and resolving the questions that are being asked
Creating and distributing content necessary for imperceptible operation of the system
Proposing improvements and system changes that would improve the user experience
