Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for continuous material flow, without waiting and stockpiling;
- Analysis of materials, monthly purchase, sale and stock;
- Responsible for continuous inventory reduction and disposal of defective goods in stock;
- Planning of logistics containers, improvement and reuse of suspended ones;
- Assist production and technology department to establish supplier packaging standards;
- Arrange the production plan to ensure 100% delivery, guide and influence the production line to enhance the customer-oriented awareness;
- Formulate monthly capacity plan and countermeasures, personnel demand plan, daily, weekly and monthly production plans, real-time tracking of production progress and collection of basic production data;
- Formulate statistical analysis and countermeasures of production achievement, man-hour utilization rate and other indicators;
- Promote continuous improvement of production line efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Economic management or Industrial Engineering;
- 1+ year of work experience in material management and planning management;
- Fluent in English;
- Familiarity with personnel, equipment, materials and production resources management, ability to coordinate and make the best use of them;
- Advanced time and space management skills;
- Knowledge of cost and finance;
- Good organizational skills;
- Responsible and proactive person.
