TITLE: PS Business Operations Consultant I

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Small team covering NCR Europe PS business
• Helping the management to drive the best possible business decision
• Assist management team of professional services in building the operations and business
• Target activities to improve productivity and profitability of PS consultants across areas through performance analysis
• Recommend and implement corrective actions as required to improve performance
• Assist in the development and deployment of global processes
• Drive the metrics to facilitate management decisions on local resources utilization
• Facilitate solution team execution of Resource management (internal & external), Pricing and Bid Management, Order Billing, and Project Accounting/Tracking for all PS resources
• Identify and communicate recommended improvements in the process currently deployed
• Measure professional Services business effectiveness

You will:

• Report on a core set of financial, operational, and people-related metrics for NCR PS entities
• Provide Professional Services expertise and analysis to PS management
• Assist in the development and execution of the operations planning, outlook, and results analysis
• Mentor and assist PS management with implementing the PS business model

Basic Qualifications:

• Preferable 2-5 years of job-related experience
• Faculty of Economics or related discipline
• Knowledge of English is a must
• Knowledge of French, Italian or German is a huge plus
