Paralegal /Assistant / Courier

Main responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of documents.
  • Performing registration duties at public institutions.
  • Communication with departments within the firm and external parties.
  • Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow.
  • Delivering mail, packages and letters.
  • Safely transporting colleagues or materials in a timely manner.
  • Performing other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • English knowledge
  • Valid driving license
  • PC literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsiveness, accuracy, proactiveness, flexibility, politeness
  • Previous experience with similar duties is an advantage
