We are looking for a new colleague in the HR Department at our location in Pančevo!
Your Tasks:
- Responsible for the process of calculating the salaries of employees, securing that it is in accordance with legal regulations and standards of the company, in a timely and correct manner
- Collects, processes and controls record of attendance and absence from work, as well as sick leave, paid and unpaid leave of employees
- Collects all necessary data, calculates, and controls the calculation of salaries, transportation, as well as other benefits (meal allowance, vacation allowance, overtime, etc.)
- Provides support to employees, as well as sector managers on all issues related to the calculation of salaries and other employee benefits
- Responsible for the preparation and providing of certificates and assurances related to employment and the amount of personal income of employees for the needs of external institutions, as well as at the request of the company's employees
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed University degree in a field of Finance, Business Administration or similar
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferable within production systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Fluent English language skills
- Independence in work, high organizational skills with great attention to detail
