In Division E – Electrified Powertrain Technology we have established the new Program Management function on division level. With the Program Management Office we jointly shape the path to a project-centered organization. Projects are our future - be part of this journey! With the new function „People & Culture” we want to strengthen the Project Culture towards a project centered organization and we want to ensure the right qualification on our way to more Project excellence.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of concepts (training, workshops, mentoring, etc.) for sustainable qualification in project management
• Support in the further development of competence management for projects
• Consulting on qualification, development, and career path topics in project management
• Development of initiatives to strengthen our project culture:
• E.g. the common definition of our project culture and the implementation of workshops
• Support of team development measures within project teams
• Enhance our communication measures (e.g. the project management community) with different measures to focus on projects and to strengthen the network
• Independent development and management of People & Culture projects in cooperation with an exciting and global network to help shape the ongoing ramp-up of Program Management

Your profile:

• Completed degree in psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of qualification, culture & change, or personnel development as well as project management knowledge
• Passion and curiosity for project management, people & culture, and great conceptual skills
• Energy and drive to implement
• Positive hands-on mentality, the courage to think and go new ways as well as good self-organization and team spirit
• Great English and office skills, German language knowlegde is an advantange
