We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Performance Marketing Specialist who has at least 3 years of work experience in creating Performance Marketing campaigns.
What you will do:
- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance
- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s
- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition
- Write content for marketing ads, campaigns, and landing pages
- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
- Connecting all required tracking codes for the campaign’s success
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Performance Marketing Specialist (at least 3+ years)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Deep understanding of Facebook and Google Ads
- Hands-on knowledge in Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager / Web tracking understanding
- Analytical thinking
- Working knowledge in tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs…
Bonus points:
- Google and Facebook certification is a plus
- Photoshop & Illustrator skill is a plus
