We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing approximately 2500 employees. Personal Assistant for Plant Manager 

(temporary position)

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Providing organizational and administrative support to business activities of Plant Manager
• Responsibility for organization of business trips
• Providing support in internal and external communication and meetings scheduling
• Tracking, data collection and consolidation and preparation of various reports, evidences and plans upon request from direct superior or company
• Purchasing office supplies for the plant needs
• Involved in organization of charity actions sponsored by the company
• Participates in general administration and HR projects

Candidate profile:

• Desired university degree in area of social science, economics, philology or similar
• Previous experience in job of personal assistant will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in English
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word
• Excellent skills of organization and prioritization and capability for multitasking
