Black Horse-FAS d.o.o. factory is located in Sombor, Serbia, and we are recognizable among customers both in the country and abroad for producing quality automotive batteries. 

Because our national and international business is growing, we are looking for ways to improve our team and currently we are searching for a candidate to join us in the position of Personal Assistant (Number of post(s): one (1))

Job description:

• Assistance for the managing director
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the managing director
• Booking and arranging travel and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the managing director

Requirements: 

• University diploma in Economics, Law or Social Sciences
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Tact and diplomacy
• Communication skills
• An advanced knowledge of standard software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
• Fluent English, knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
• Driver's license (B Category)
