Process Engineer Senior

Type of professional education: Mechanical / industrial engineering or similar field

Professional qualification level: VI or VII level

Main responsibilities: 

• Proposing, quantifying activities to reduce production time, in order to reduce costs
• Ensuring the implementation of procedures and instructions related to the assigned process area
• Compliance with required standards
• Responsibility for the installation of process equipment
• Changes and/or improvements to achieve a smooth and efficient production flow or to introduce new production lines or new products
• Participation in the optimization of production lines (determining the required number of people on the line according to their plan and saturation), depending on the time
• Changes and improvements (to achieve a smooth and efficient flow of production)
• Performing time measurements that are important for calculating production time, determining the rules for filling machines, the required production staff
• Organizing work, using the principles of ergonomics on the workstation, movements or work environment, to increase flexibility, quality, production, operator efficiency, reduce accidents, etc.

Professional experience: minimum 7 years of experience in industrial plants on similar positions

Special knowledge and skills:

• Cooperation with other departments (production, maintenance, quality, logistics)

• Proactively engage in daily, weekly, monthly promotion actions
• Continuous improvement process
• High level of motivation, results-oriented
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPA)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of PC Software (Excel. Word, Power point)

Working hours: Full-time employment

Indefinite term contract, with 6 month probation period.
