We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional for an open position for our plant in Kragujevac – Serbia

Main responsibilities:

• Defining and updating operative instructions for production operations
• Based on the available technologies defining the standard raw material and labor requirements of the products
• Defining optimal process parameters and monitoring of required process values in production
• Providing production standard time calculations
• Participating in training operators for production processes
• Conducting the procedure of new equipment receipt
• Identifying, keeping record and testing of equipment and tools
• Participating in workplace organization related to 5S methodology
• Participating in the problem-solving process using the Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Introducing changes into the production process
• Updating data in the ERP system
• Engineering support to the production

Profile:

• Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Chemical Technology related major is preferred
• Experience (up to two years) in a similar role in the Automotive industry will be beneficial but is not a requirement
• Self-motivated team member
• A proactive person ready to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
