Procurement Specialist

Beograd

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience ideally in procurement position for technical goods
• Technical background in education or previous experience would be of great asset
• Experience in dealing with procurement activities for more than 500 SKUs
• English language – upper-intermediate
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical and fact-oriented person
• Location: Belgrade wider surroundings, transport is arranged

Job description:

• Realisation of procurement duties: supplier exploring and identification, communication and preparing of requests for proposals
• Stock level monitoring and analysis
• Preparation of orders and its administering through ERP
• Providing product research in terms of its commercial and technical aspects
• Cooperation with sales and other team members in logistics (internal and external partners)
• Import documents preparing and check, taking care of communication with freight forwarders, following the goods to its shipment in warehouse
• Following product group profitability and suggesting measurements in improvement of portfolio and assortment spread
• Regular reporting to Head of Supply Chain
