Procurement Specialist

Due to the Maternity Leave we are looking for Procurement Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all processes and activities of procurement (aircraft material, services, and tools)
• Understand the procurement process, selecting suppliers, participating in negotiations, preparing contracts, measuring procurement performance
• Ensure compliance with the legal aspect of the procurement process
• Establish and administrate of the procurement policy, the correct approach to all potential procurement sources, the procurement of goods and services in an efficient business manner,
• The unification of procurement for common procurement items, the realization of the optimal price during procurement
• Execute the procurement processes (i.e. conducting analysis, RFQ processes, supplier selection and negotiation)
• Realization of savings
• Analysis and risk assessment
• Continuously follow-up to ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met
• Ensure seamless collaboration, proper communication and quality service to both internal and external customers and partners
• Ensure pro-active mitigation of operational risks
• Provide back-up to other team members in performing their functions whenever required
• Prepare and initials customs and payment documents
• Prepare analyses and reports
• Ensure compliance with discipline, work regulations and Safety and Environmental guidelines

The experience you’ll bring:

• Academic degree / Master’s degree preferred
• Good understanding of procurement processes, budgeting and understanding of financial aspects
• At least 5 years’ experience in procurement
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in Leading team will be considered as plus
• Fluency in English
