The role:

• Creates and implements marketing plans with an aim to achieve company’s goals and to respond to customers’ needs according to legal and ethical principles
• Maintains professional cooperation with KOLs with the purpose of better understanding of innovations in assigned therapy area
• Follows the market and sales trends, competitors and suggest strategies for expanding business
• Marketing budget planning and monitoring
• Provides support and educates sales force
• Participates in organization of congresses, round tables, presentations and other marketing related events
• Challenges traditional local approaches to market and create novel approach for capturing share

The successful applicant:

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
• Around 5 years of working experience on a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken
• PC literacy
• Effective communication, influencing and collaborating skills
• Innovative and creative approach towards work
• Proven business and financial acumen with excellence in execution
