What you’ll do:

• Preparation and placement of orders in accordance with the requirements and needs of the company;
• Analysing the domestic market and monitoring of competition;
• Finding an optimal supply from suppliers considering price, delivery time and terms of payment;
• Conducting an evaluation of existing suppliers;
• Maintaining database of suppliers and puts new suppliers into integrated information NAV system;
• Participating in preparing contracts with suppliers;
• Keeping records of orders and tracking delivery times.

What we expect from you:  

• University degree in Technical, Transport and traffic, or comparable studies;
• At least 3 years of related work experience in automotive industry, preferably in the field of auto parts;
• Knowledge of auto parts and market knowledge;
• Knowledge of regulations in the field of trade and auto industry;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language;
• Very good analytical and skills of prioritization;
• Very good negotiation skills;
• Orientation to details;
• Ability to conduct meetings and negotiate with suppliers in Serbian and English.
