Product Specialist

 Responsibilities and requirements:

• Provide high-level support to colleagues within the organizational unit to achieve set goals, including guidance on products and market strategy
• Plan and assist with new product releases, events, and marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Develop and improve existing product portfolios, while evaluating potential new products for market fit
• Analyze market potential and trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify the best commercial approaches and forecast future trends
• Evaluate documentation to ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards, based on future market placement
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, while handling recalls, complaints, and other customer service issues alongside relevant departments
• Develop marketing materials and social media content in partnership with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
• Present company products or services professionally to customers, highlighting key benefits and differentiators
• Attending industry conferences and events to network and remain informed about advancements, particularly within the medical devices industry

The qualifications required for position:

• University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dental Medicine University preferably)
• Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of German language will be taken as advantage
• Proven experience of 1 year in sales/procurement/customer service business mandatory
• Proven experience in dialysis field will be taken as advantage
• PC literacy
• Valid driving license (B category)
