We are looking for Product Specialist

Job summary:

· Business Analysis: Active contribution in business analysis process, testing and parametrization of Retail processes (current accounts, deposits, credit and debit cards), and processes related to Branches, Vault, Domestic Payments system and Foreign Currency system

· Consulting: Provides consulting to the client and internal software teams to ensure the creation of the best possible quality of products based on future client/market needs and company business plan

· Writing specification: Supporting the coordination and delivery of products through independent writing of functional specifications or interpretation specifications of clients, helping developers in interpreting the specification

Requirements and skills:

· You have 2+ years of working experience in with Retail processes in banking area (current accounts, deposits, credit and debit cards), or processes related to Branches, Vault, Domestic Payments system and Foreign Currency system

· Your knowledge or understanding of SQL will be considered as an advantage

· You have obtained a University degree in Economy (preferable in Finance, Banking, Informatics and quantitative finance or accounting)

· You have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems

· You have developed a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence

· You are a good team-player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing
