Product Validation Engineer

Your tasks as Product Validation Engineer:
- Responsibility for product validation in the electric traction drive segment
- Test activities ranging from planning tests to coordinating test samples for rig testing and final evaluation of measurement data
- Technical on-site contact for ZF’s departments (workshops, regular meetings, presentations, processing of requests for design deviations from serial production parts, etc.)
- Compiling, coordinating and evaluating specifications and planning tests based on them in cooperation with the technical departments at other ZF R&D locations
- Analyzing measurement data and service strength for hybrid drive components
Your profile as Product Validation Engineer:
- University Degree in Mechanics, Electrics or similar
- Knowledge of product validation process is required
- Knowledge of statistical methods in testing (e.g. DoE, reliability analysis, Six Sigma) is desirable
- Experience with powertrains (oscillation, transmission, clutch systems, torsional dampers) and automotive experience is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required
