Production Management trainee
(Development for Middle Management position)

Job description:

  • Plan, organise and steer measures to achieve targets in the respective segment (efficiency, quality, personnel motivation, costs)
  • Plan production capacity (equipment, personnel) in accordance with customer needs
  • Budget management to be within the limits
  • Monitoring of relevant team-related KPIs and establish measures if indicators are below target
  • Collaborate with sectors of Industrial engineering and Production engineering and Work organization in order to implement technical changes, work instructions, process flow
  • Collaborate with Quality department to ensure compliance with high-quality standards
  • Management and development a multifunctional team
  • Continuously improve processes in the area of responsibility  

Job requirements:

  • University degree (technical, mechanical or electrical orientation is an advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge in English
  • Advanced MS-Office user
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive and resilience
  • Target and solution orientation
  • Social and intercultural sensitivity
