Production Planning - Customer Service Associate

YURA Corporation is one of the leading manufacturers of electrical components for the automotive industry. Our headquarters are located in Seoul (South Korea), and over 60 plants are located in: Slovakia, Russia, China, Tunisia, Morocco... We started our production in Serbia in 2010 and have since opened plants in Raca, Nis and Leskovac, employing more than 6,000 workers. From 2018, at the location in Leskovac, we started the production of electric and electronic components (EEC) for electric vehicles. We are constantly growing and developing in order to meet our customers’ needs in the best possible way. 

For our EEC plant, we are looking for new team member on the position: Production Planning - Customer Service Associate

Main duties:

Short-term and long-term production planning

Monitoring and analyzing production results

Creating work orders

Direct communication with the customers

Collection of short-term and long-term receivables forecasts

Maintaining inventories above the minimum required by the standards

Analyzing and planning of deliveries in order to meet customer requirements

Preparing reports related to service

Checking the data on the relevant documentation and taking care of data correctness entered into the information system

Updating tables and plans

Performing other tasks within the scope of production planning/customer service 

Requirements:

Intermediate English (B1) and MS Office (Excel) knowledge

Familiar with SAP

Working experience at same/similar position would be an advantage
