Production Supervisor Tridonic

Your job

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external customer requirements with his assigned staff, equipment and budget
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and developing the team
• Managing and developing people in Production
• Contributing and monitoring improvement processes (e.g. Kaizen workshops) and ways of working to achieve world class manufacturing standards using Lean Management
• Reporting and improving on Key Performance Indicators such as Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery and People
• Meeting agreed production plans, developing capacity and resource plans to ensure flexible response to demand
• Managing corrective actions as needed to solve technical, safety or quality problems
• Assuring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations

Your profile

• University degree (VII degree)- technical sciences preferable
• Able to work in a team orientated, target driven environment with minimum supervision
• Excellent attitude and attendance record
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Production operative experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Language skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
• PC literate – “Microsoft Office” programs
• Soldering skills according IPC
