Project Coordinator

You will:

• Coordinating all operations projects
• Ensure projects and milestones are documented correctly
• Ensure all items are assigned appropriately
• Follow up on ETAs
• Ensure individuals are following up on their deliverables

• Working with a senior manager
• Review their task list weekly and ensure that items are delegated
• Help design a week plan for the following week
• Attending scrums
• Ensure agendas are prepared beforehand
• Take notes; ensure every task has a responsible individual and an ETA
• Ensure deliverables are recorded in project trackers
• Share recordings; have annotations made where necessary
• Help to devise and reinforce proper project best practices
• Review project management software
• Create best practices for using platforms
• Coach team leads and staff as necessary

Requirements:

• 2y+ experience with coordinating projects
• Strong English; written and spoken
• Track record introducing and setting up new platforms or systems
• Highly comfortable with spreadsheets
• Strong, positive interpersonal qualities
• Confident in dealing directly with senior management
• Analytical, data-driven
• Attentive to detail
