Project Coordinator

Main duties and responsibilities:

Daily workflow for a project includes:

• Ensure project work orders are assigned and in the proper ticket status
• Conduct Pre-Calls with technicians to verify arrival time and SOW understanding
• Login Technicians for onsite arrival and checkout 
• Properly close out tickets with the proper requirements 
• Work directly with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are being achieved
• Monitor the call queue via the AWS system, to support the onsite techs for deliverables and SOW clarification
• Coordinate with other Project Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure shared basic knowledge across all projects
• Assist the Project Manager with reporting as necessary
• Monitor email and chat communications, managing questions and escalations

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma
• PMO experience is desired
• Working knowledge of Structured Cabling/Low Voltage (CAT5/CAT6) and Telco industry concepts is highly desired
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Ability to coordinate with all team members to ensure accurate and timely responses to VFTs and customers
• Strong time management skills to be able to manage multiple work orders on a tight timeline
• Ability to read and understand installation requirements
• Ability to provide detailed written notes related to communications with Technicians
