Project Engineer Building Automation Systems (m/f)

Job description:

• 
  Provide Electrical Control Engineering services to design, specify and approve Building Automation Systems for industrial facilities
• 
  Design of SCADA and PLC/DDC-Systems for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• 
  Selection of Field Instrumentation for HVAC-Systems
• 
  Design of Motor Control Panel for Building Automation
• 
  Preparation of P&IDs and Sequence of Operations in cooperation with the mechanical disciplines
• 
  Responsible for the quality and delivery of schematic and detailed designs
• 
  Preparation of technical specifications and tender packages
• 
  Planning, calculation and execution assistance, including construction control, site supervision and construction management on place for the service content of building automation
• Assistance in the development of construction concepts in the project team
• 
  Evaluation of functional bidding procedures, calculation measures, as well as presentation of analyses and concepts for customers
• 
  Coordination and negotiations with subcontractors, offer obtaining, calculation of investment costs and cost savings, creating additional offers

Your profile:

• 
  Ideally 5-10 years job experience in design and execution of projects in the field of Building
• Control systems / Building management systems (BMS). Responsible designer and contractor licenses are advantage
• 
  Ability to create / review facility control network diagrams. Knowledge of commercially available DDC and PLC-Systems
• 
  Familiar with European standards (EN), Internationals Electrical Codes (IEC) and building codes
• 
  Understanding of HVAC mechanical designs
• 
  Very good MS-Office and AutoCAD skills
• 
  Good teamwork and communication skills, flexibility and ability to work independently
• 
  Mobility and willingness to international project assignments
• 
  Very good command of spoken and written English
