Furthermore, increased needs in harness production and interests of other byers enabled LEONI board to decide to open a new factory in Malošište (near Niš) in 2014. Due to further expansion of business portfolio, one more factory is opened in Niš. Since we are in the process of opening a new factory complex in Kraljevo, we are looking for interested candidates. Project Engineer PS Kraljevo

Your challenges:

  • Developing, coordinating and managing project plan implementation
  • Preparing project timeline for successful introduction of new products
  • Monitoring process, with all relevant participants, to meet all specific requirements
  • Identification and assessment of the benefits and risks of the project
  • Analyzing and evaluating project implementation, capacity and requirements
  • Achieving plans in collaboration with the project team to ensure smooth flow of work and delivery of products
  • Prioritize and allocate resources to meet goals
  • Project realization within the organization

Your qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably engineering or economic field
  • English language – intermediate knowledge (German language is an asset)
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Work experience in similar positions is a plus
  • Ability to work in dynamical surrounding  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Team work
  • Enterprising, initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform several tasks simultaneously
