Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems is expanding project management team, therefore we are looking for new colleague for the position Project Engineer. 

Responsibilities

  • Represent connection between Niš plant, program team in China and the customers.
  • Ensuring successful launches, manages quality expectations, tracks tooling, investments, assembly lines and realisation of delivery requirements while also leading plant APQP,PPAP activities and product validation.
  • Supporting  program finance and budgeting, including material costing, bill-of-material creation which leaded by HQ team in China and to lead capital equipment requirements, provides product-specific support to marketing, including presentations, data-sheets, customer visits, market research data, formulation of product business and launch plans, and develops sample and prototype manufacturing schedules with the plant scheduling department and support development in case located in Nis plant.
  • Develop New Products Launch System inline with the HQ, and combine best practices from existing product development systems in China, and to share best practices and LLCs with HQ,
    Responsible for the compliance with all internal and external production quality management systems and group directives.
  • Lead ECN after Tooling/line transfer at Nis plant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, MBA or similar.
  • More than 2 years of experience on the same or similar position in the automotive industry. 
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, cross team coordination. 
  • Advance English knowledge.
  • Organized, intuitive, polite, responsible, goal oriented personality
