Project Leader in Production and Process Engineering

BizLink is looking for a Project leader in production and process engineering for our production facility in Prokuplje.

We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, power cords, connectors and related interconnect devices.

Main responsibilities involve:

• Analyzing product drawings, defining required process steps and process flow (BOL) as well as defining the production layout
• Introducing project to the local team
• Providing information to the PM project leader regarding the creation of the project timeline
• Preparing the required project related documentation (e.g. flow-chart, layout, process/test specifications, etc.) as well as documentation for SOP, follow up though SOP Checklist or other relevant document
• Coordinating workstation designs, required tooling (specification, orders, etc.), implementation, process set-up, feasibility studies of changes and work instructions with the related process owners (molding, crimping, etc.) according to the project time plan
• Approving final work instructions and production lines
• Tracking project tasks and their recording through Dashboard and informing relevant members of PPE team as well as following up of previously given tasks
• Conducting PFMEA analysis for the assigned project like a project leader
• Supporting quotas / sales departments in the process of quoting and requesting for quotations (RFQ)
• Suggesting innovations and technical solutions and taking part in sampling process
• Cooperating and daily communicating with customers
• Supporting the preparation of process audit
• Participating in process audits

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Full working proficiency in English is required
• Minimum high school degree, University degree with the technical background is preferable
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• 2+ years of relevant working experience is an advantage
