Vorwerk Autotec is a global developer, manufacturer, and distributor of rubber bushes and bearings for automotive suspension components. To strengthen the Vorwerk Autotec team in Čačak, we are looking for a:

Project Leader

You will be a link between the production plant VAC and the headquarter.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Representing the project in all respects to all internal participants, the project team in Germany, and the headquarter;
• Awareness of the project status at any time;
• Leading the local team and developing the cross-departmental team spirit in order to achieve the objectives;
• Demands compliance with corporate standards;
• Ensure the close connection to the participants at the headquarter based in Germany;
• Ensuring appropriate and timely escalation;
• Plans, coordinates, and controls the local Vorwerk team;
• Formulates and addresses improvement potentials;
• Maintains the required project documentation according to the company’s standards.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum three-year experience in engineering or project management (preferably automotive industry);
• Good English language knowledge;
• Well-versed with Office software;
• Teamwork;
• Communication skills;
• Results orientation.
