Main Purpose and Goal:

• Coordinating, managing and leading of operational IT focused projects for any business unit
• Managing IT project members from regional, global and external sources
• Monitoring and continuous feedback on the results and KPI’s
• Conduction of project reporting, goals and defined KPI’s
• Capture and control of operational projects
• Professional hand over into the internal structures after successful implementation

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading, coordinating and managing operational projects with IT focus
• Provide guidance on IT specific project tasks (quality assurance, IT tests, cut over activities, fall back scenarios…)
• Achievement of project results
• Act as the first point of escalation for IT topics
• Communicating and ensuring inclusiveness (Training, Change Management)
• Conceptual management of project plans and time lines
• Manage project teams, coordination internal and external meetings
• Monitoring of due and dead lines
• Provide analytics and data
