PROJECT MANAGER

 Subotica

Who will be responsible to plan, direct and co-ordinate activities of designated projects according to strategic interest of company.

Main activities:

• Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements;
• Establishes a work plan and staffing requirements for each phase of the project;
• Arranges for an outline of a work plan. Assigns duties and responsibilities;
• Defines the scope of authority for each staff position;
• Reviews status reports;
• Modifies schedules or plans as required;
• Prepares project reports for management and clients, or others;
• Supervises technicians, analysts and related clerical and technical personnel support;
• Is responsible for professional solutions in each phase of the project;
• Identifies the need for staffing;
• Monitors project/service demands, status, and costs.

Job requirements:

• University degree (mechanics or electrical engineering);
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on similar roles (project management);
