For our client, Switzerland's leading telecommunications service provider, we are looking for candidates for the following role:
You will lead by example and motivate a team of 30-40 call center agents, manage the day-to-day performance of the contact center operations and deliver the best quality service.
· Assurance of excellent customer experience
· Constant Monitoring of team performance providing the given targets concerning quality, quantity, and sales
· Special management tasks and cooperation in projects
· Visible Leadership
· Clear communication of targets and strategies towards the team
· Define and implement measures from strategic goals
· Strong collaboration with interfaces like performance management, Intraday, Processes, Quality, and Training
· Provide Management updates on a regular basis in terms of performance, measures, and timelines.
· 5+ years of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre environment
· 3+ years of leadership experience
· Proven success in customer service
· Team- and customer-oriented attitude
· Strong analytical skills
· Fluent in English
· Good knowledge of the German language will be considered as an advantage.
· Fixed salary 115.000 rsd + bonuses
