• You would be working in our Subotica offices (work from home is not possible) - all necessary conditions are provided for comfortable work and pleasant environment (kitchen, lounge area, beautiful terrace - peaceful and cozy), we love plants so everything is green.

Requirements for a project manager:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Working on several projects at the same time
• Manage contracts with clients by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
