We are looking for a project manager who’s ready to tackle new challenges! Our culture is based on a team spirit, great communication, creativity and a desire for progress.
Our offices are located in a newly-built Digital Hive building (Somborski put 33a, Subotica). If people around you describe yourself as a person of ambition, responsibility, and independence, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
Applicants should know:
- The trial period lasts three months, fully compensated
- You would be working in our Subotica offices (work from home is not possible) - all necessary conditions are provided for comfortable work and pleasant environment (kitchen, lounge area, beautiful terrace - peaceful and cozy), we love plants so everything is green.
Requirements for a project manager:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Working on several projects at the same time
- Manage contracts with clients by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
