Location:  Pančevo, Novi Sad

Your Tasks:

• Creation of project plans in coordination with the project manager and the sub-project managers of the expert departments
• Coordination of the build up of the serial assembly lines for components & e-Axles in the facility
• Support planning & build up of prototypes in regards of quantity, quality & timing
• Monitor & ensure technical changes that will be implemented in the assembly lines & prototypes
• Be part of a (interdisciplinary) project team; acting as a link between departments in Germany, Hungary, suppliers and OEMs
• Managing the project industrialization scope, time, contracting and quality according to relevant standards
• Perform cross-departmental planning & coordination of interdisciplinary project tasks, e.g. creation and continuous revision of quantity planning from and with the customer
• Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes
• Responsible for the application and adherence to the Project Management agreed standard processes according to the project management plan
• Creation of project status reports and presentations on project status for various target groups (project team, project manager, customer, steering committee, etc.)
• Update of project plans as well as support in the creation of deliverables within the framework of gate reports (according to internal ZF GDPEP process)

Your Profile:​

• Successfully completed technical or business studies
• 3-5 years of professional and industry experience in the automotive industry desirable
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with standard project management methods
• Handling of MS Office, RPlan or cplace, DOORS & SAP PPM
• Confident interpersonal approach, resilience in crisis situations
• Analytical and structured ability to think, independent setting of priorities, as well as organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be considered as a plus
