(Kragujevac)

Your background:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Technical Engineering Field,
• Mid – Senior level of experience on the same/similar roles, preferably in startup/changing environment

The main tasks will be:

• Participating in Quality Department setup and organizational design and development,
• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product,
• Developing quality control processes,
• Designing product specifications,
• Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards,
• Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
