Project/Program Management Analyst

• Managing multiple projects within a program from the Plan Phase through Deployment, ensuring successful execution
• Initiating and structuring program activities, recommending project management requirements, evaluating project plans, identifying and managing risks, and overseeing program rollouts across sites
• Coordinating program communications, compiling project information, and ensuring governance compliance
• Participating in business case development, especially in IT
• Applying independent judgment to various information and responding to situations with limited guidance
• Possessing subject matter expertise in tools and processes for business issues and reporting needs; developing reporting tools
• Managing the lifecycle of multiple key information solutions
• Decomposing programs into projects, defining goals, identifying requirements, developing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring resource commitment
• Identifying key metrics, assessing risks, prioritizing resource allocation, and managing variances
• Communicating effectively at global, regional, and area levels, ensure deliverables are met, and clarify roles and responsibilities
• Negotiating for resources within IT organizations and with vendors and clients on cost, schedule, and scope
• Evaluating program documentation and conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement
