Position: Project Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of engineers to develop optimal shelving systems and warehouse solutions for our esteemed clientele. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering results, and possess the ability to excel both independently and within a team environment.
Job Description
As a Project Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, engineering and project management teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your day to day tasks include providing technical solutions and drawings of shelving systems, communicating with customers together with sales team in order to provide best warehouse and storage solutions, as well as proposing improvements in accordance with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical part of the project efficiently and respecting deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the project is completed accurately and in timely manner
- Communicating with customers together with sales team to define project goals and customer requirements
- Perform technical evaluations to support project planning and decision-making
- Present regular progress reports to management
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive project success
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD design software and preferable 3D modelling
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in warehouse storage industry, logistics or similar
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- English language is mandatory, German language is considered as advantage
