Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, confirmations, and order status
• Perform material demand analysis and monitor stock levels
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage delivery discrepancies
• Select, evaluate, and support local and international suppliers
• Optimize purchasing conditions including cost, payment terms, and lead times
• Maintain master data and update ERP system records
• Prepare and execute RFQs and support negotiation activities
• Coordinate shipments with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs
• Collaborate with supply chain team

Position Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain operations
• Experience in operational procurement and supplier management
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good
• Judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI
• Can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
