QA Manager

Simbyot is a software business based in Belgrade working directly with clients from abroad, UAE being the main market.

We make custom enterprise software to help our clients boost their digital transformation.

We are looking for QA Manager to join our team in Serbia as we grow our application portfolio and our global client base.

Successful candidates should have:

• Relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Project management skills while implementing quality assurance protocols and processes.
• An elementary understanding of the processes of the organization.

Essential Skills / Experience:

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Planning, prioritization of all the test-related tasks (use proven project management tools).
• Quality assurance knowledge of tools and methodologies.
• Writing the test strategies.
• Reviewing the test plans.
• Code reviewing.
• Spreading expertise and good usage of tools such as bug-tracking database or versioning systems.
• Delegating.
• Writing performance review.
