QS CUSTOMER MANAGER
Job description and line of supervision
QS Manager Customer is responsible for performing tasks and responsibilities for the Quality Department and forwarding the necessary information to other Departments. Communication with clients and on-time reaction about their requirements and complaints. Responsible for quality on production line.
Reports directly to Quality Manager.
The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Monitor quality key indicators and introduce actions if necessary.
• Monitor implementation of PCP.
• Define and monitor actions from customer visits and audits.
• Act as a contact for customers and pilot/JIS center if a customer complaint arises.
• Report to the plant quality management on problems and the quality situations.
• Process customer complaints and inform affected departments.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Train QA shift supervisor and FUWs.
• Functional and disciplinary management of subordinate staff, in particular coordination of shift supervisor.
• University degree in the Industrial Engineering or other relevant area (VI or VII degree)
• Experience with integration program
• Excellent MS Office knowleadge / Advance Excel
• Fluent Engish is a must (verbal and written)
