About the team:

This is an exciting and challenging position within a successful software development team in the Financial Services sector. Our team in Belgrade is constituted more than five years ago. We have a great knowledge and experience in the team, and you will have strong support to start successfully.

What you will be doing:

The role is a hands-on focused and we are looking for someone with the necessary experience and analytical skills to confidently get up to speed quickly. The products are highly complex; therefore, this represents a significant challenge and certainly a great opportunity to take your career in QA to the next level.

• Developing and maintaining automation test plans, working with the QA, Business Analyst and Systems Development teams as required
• Ownership of test coverage (with a strong focus on the automated aspects), reporting on this
• Undertaking effective reviews of test development work
• Analyzing and reporting on the QA processes, with a view to ensuring continuous improvement
• Assisting with the delivery, investigation and reporting of defects found, re-test of the corrections
• Preparation of both manual and automated test-cycle plans, aligned to business needs
• Hands on execution of automated test cases, recording the metrics and defects found
• Reporting on risks and issues, with recommended steps to resolve

What you bring:

• Thorough understanding of standard testing principles, methodologies and terminology
• Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts
• Risk analysis with application to test prioritization
• Ability to work in a co-operative team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
