Quality Business Process Expert
Location: Pančevo
Your tasks as Quality Business Process Expert:
- Cooperation in an internationally composed team of Q-Business Process systems (EOQSM2) with focus on the development and standardization of business processes in Division E.
- Management of or cooperation in Process projects and rollout projects of the Quality department at locations of the Division E and the Group.
- Coordination of project contents, strategic processes and implementation.
- Representing the Division E in corresponding corporate working groups.
- Continuous monitoring, standardization, rollout and training of Business Process solutions at the locations of the Division E.
Your profile Quality Business Process Expert:
- University degree in Engineering field or similar, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in Quality automotive.
- Extensive know-how in the area of quality management and well-founded Knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
- High Knowledge about core tools and AIAG / VDA Manuals (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA), as well as problem solving tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, etc.)
- Practically proven written and spoken English, German as a second language will be appreciated.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and assertiveness with strong conflict solving skills and willingness to travel worldwide.
