Quality & Compliance Specialist

On their behalf, Adecco is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Quality & Compliance Specialist. Location: Remote (Serbia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve CAPA response plans and supporting documentation
• Support and facilitate quality deviations and compliance investigations
• Manage CAPA-related documentation and workflows within the ETQ quality management system
• Track and monitor CAPA activities to ensure timely completion and compliance
• Prepare and pull CAPA compliance metrics and reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Compliance, and R&D stakeholders
• Support regulated quality processes in alignment with GCP and GVP requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Auditing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical development industry
• Experience with CAPA management, quality investigations, and deviation handling
• Auditing background with knowledge of GCP regulations; GVP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Experience supporting R&D or clinical development environments preferred
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ETQ, TrackWise, or Veeva is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a regulated environment
• Advanced knowledge of the English language
