Quality Engineer

Main responsibilities

• Quality planning and management of new product development;
• Prepare special characteristics list of early products and processes;
• Prepare, summarize and submit PPAP documents for new projects;
• Personnel training before mass production of new project products;
• Fully identify customer needs and quality risks, implement improvement measures;
• Planning and execution of MSA and SPC;
• Client quality service, analysis of customer complaints, submitting 8D report;
• Lead the customer evaluation;
• Supplier quality management, supplier development evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or material engineering;
• 5+ years of experience in quality planning in automotive industry;
• 2+ years in project cooperation with joint venture / domestic vehicle manufacturers;
• Fluent in English;
• Integrity and courage to take responsibility;
• Openness and inclusiveness;
• Familiarity with the five tools, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5;
• Familiar with mechanical drawing and GD &amp T;
• Familiar with aluminum alloy die casting, machining and surface treatment process.
