Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in strategic planning of the plant and secure all related actions’ execution according to his/her area of responsibility
• Support in implementation of new projects startups and their established levels of quality, trainings, productivity
• Implementation, certification and re-certifications for ISO9000 / KS9000 / TS16949 / IATAF / EOS.
• Management of all activities of Quality in accordance with the standards’ requirements
• Preparations of the plant for third parties’ quality and standards/systems’ audits.
• Securing all non-conformities are disclosed in accordance with the action plan
• Act as single point of contact for the Customer(s)
• Secures the customer(s) recommendations are applied and executed with objective to establish and maintain the best possible liaisons with the customer and impact increase of customer’s satisfaction
• Responsible for all claims of the customer(s) and action plans for mitigation of the established gaps
• Responsible for implementation and execution of OSA and LPA audits in the plant
• Secures product quality after rework and sorting activities
• Responsible for the identification of root causes for stoppages and downtime whenever required with the objective to protect the customer and quality of final product in environment of uninterrupted production
• Responsible for incoming quality inspection in accordance with EOS and customer’s specific requirements
• Establishes and follows realization of Quality implementation plan and all its activities in order to achieve the quality level required
• Responsible for reliability and PPAP activities
• Managing financial results of the quality department, participates and supports all continuous improvement plans with objective to decrease operative and raw material costs and secure the level of final products’ shipment in accordance with the plant’s BBP and forecast
