Quality Manager

Role Description:

This role is the first contact person for Quality function to the customer during the whole process of the project; is responsible to develop the quality control system to maintain good product quality; is monitoring the quality KPI of the company and supporting the improvement of quality result.

Job Responsibilities:

• In accordance with the project development process and the requirement from the customer, develop and manage the quality control system;
• Play the role of contact person to the customer, organize the team to reply to the complains from customer in the first place and close the issues.
• In accordance with the company policy and plan, monitor and organize improvement about relevant quality KPIs, like customer PPM, released PPM, defective rate, etc.
• Organize the implementation of quality control actions, including product audit, process audit, full-scale measurement, etc.
• Monitor and organize improvement about the quality in production, make analysis about quality failure and root cause, organize implementation of corrective action and preventive action, give necessary training to prevent similar issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in quality management or mechanical related;
• More than 10 years’ experience in quality management, in automobile industry is preferred;
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, VDA6.3 or VDA6.5
• Reliable, good ability in problem solving, communication and customer relationship;
• Good ability in English, can use English as working language;
