Quality Planning Engineer

Vorwerk Autotec is a global developer, manufacturer, and distributor of rubber bushes and bearings for automotive suspension components. To strengthen the Vorwerk Autotec team in Čačak, we are looking for a: Quality Planning Engineer

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring of quality requirements for customers and suppliers in the project up to series handover;
• Implementation of production control plans, P-FMEA and other quality documents prototypes, pre-production and series parts;
• Coordination and preparation of PPAPs internally and towards customer;
• Carrying out risk analyses and participation in feasibility studies and design reviews with project team;
• Develop of necessary test concepts and equipment;
• Execution of process approvals or process audits at customers and suppliers;
• Initiation of error prevention measures with the aim of sustainable quality improvement.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field;
• Minimum three-year experience in quality engineering (preferably automotive industry);
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality requirements, standards and tools of the automotive industry (IATF 16949);
• Good knowledge of P-FMEA, PPAP, APQP
• Good knowledge of English language and Office software;
• Developed communication skills and ability to motivate others;
• Results oriented and self starter;
